How do I find the part I need?

First ask yourself some simple questions

  • Do you know the part number? Even just a bit of it?

If yes then either enter the part number in the search bar at the top of the page or use the "Part Number" experience on the left at the home page - click here

  • Do you know where it goes on the scooter?

If yes then use the Interactive diagrams to identify the part - click here

  • Do you know its name?

If so please enter the name into the search box at the top - if you know its category you can use the drop down box to help you get to the right result quicker

  • Do you know which other part it is used with?

If you find a related part, at the bottom is a list of items that go with it. The part you want may be there.

How do I buy a part?

First add all the items you want to your shopping basket
Then click "Go to Checkout"
If you have already logged in you can simply click the "send order" button and pay.
Otherwise you have 3 choices:-
1. If you have shopped with us before and know your password and your email or Account Number then please enter them.
2. If you are not sure if you have shopped with us before then enter your email address into the box and we'll tell you, we'll also send you your password.
3. If you have not shopped with us before, simply enter your details so we know where to send your parts.

Why am I seeing crazy postage prices?

Our online ordering system cannot cope with every order due to weight complications. If we cannot quote you online we are putting a big amount in as shipping to prevent you from paying! Please complete the order anyway, but don’t put your card details in. We'll work out what it costs to send your order to you, and then we'll get back and let you know the total so we can take payment and send your parts.

Why can’t I see my loyalty discount prices on here?

As you may know, all customers earn a percentage loyalty discount based on the amount of money you have spent with us. This is calculated into a discount which is deducted from the amount you pay. Being able to display loyalty discount prices is a long way down the list of jobs we want to do on this site but please rest assured that your loyalty discount will be applied to your order and also that your online orders go towards increasing your loyalty discount.

I’ve got a scooter shop, where are the trade prices?

If you are a bona fide trader advertising in Scootering magazine we probably already know about you and will have been in touch with you. However if you are have a new shop then please email us to apply for trade status. As part of this process we will set up your online account for you and email you the login details. You will then be able to access the trade areas of the site.

I’m in a scooter club, what discount do you offer us? Do you need my membership number?

To make things simple we decided to only offer the loyalty discount scheme. This does, in the long term, offer a better discount than we used to offer to any clubs so you are better off this way.

I’ve got an old MB Developments tuned cylinder kit and I need some parts for it. How do I know what I need?

Please check the cylinder, if it is one of ours there will be some letters and numbers engraved on either the spigot or the bottom fin. The engraving with be MRB then some numbers. They might have BS or MB at the end. Please email us with all the letters and numbers telling us what you need and we will try and help. Please do bear in mind that some of these kits are over 20 years old and we have not seen some of them since we tuned them so don’t be surprised if someone has used a different piston etc.

I’ve got a problem with some parts I have ordered.

99% of problems with parts can be resolved with a quick email or phone call. Please let us have your account number from the invoice (either three letters three numbers or two letters four numbers). We will do our best to help you out.

I want to return some parts I’ve ordered.

Please email or phone us as above. We will try and reassure you and help you. If you still want to return the parts we will then tell you what you need to do.

I want to order some parts and come and collect them from your shop, can I do that? Can I send my friend/wife/relative?

Yes you can do that, please put in the order comments box that you wish to collect the parts and put a rough date and time you will be collecting them (so we can make sure your order is ready for you). Please DO NOT pay for your order online, we are not allowed to take an online payment for an order that is not being posted out for fraud reasons. Whoever is collecting the order will have to pay for it at the parts counter. We take cash and all major credit and debit cards.

Where are the Vespa spares? What about spares for my automatic scooter?

We took the decision to specialise in Lambretta parts a few years ago and have never looked back. We keep a few special Vespa tuning parts and of course there is the universal stuff like oils, lubricants, filters, fasteners etc but we choose to be predominantly Lambretta.
